• Eerdmans Handbook to the Bible - This very easy to use book organizes information about passages in the Bible in the same order as the books of your Bible. Just look up a passage like you would in a Bible and it will show you if there is something in history or archeology that will help you understand that passage.
• ESV Study Bible - This study Bible is about as good a tool as you can get to really study your Bible! It has introductions to each book and teaching about passages to help you understand the Bible and apply it to your life.
• Basic Bible Interpretation, Roy Zuck - This is an easy to read book that studying the Bible. It has simply how to’s and exercises to teach you to understand the Bible better.
